Before her career in real estate, Margie worked for 14 years at the phone company. She exercised her characteristic desire to better herself and rose up the corporate ladder, while simultaneously raising her sons, Kevin and Shane. She instilled good values, helped them with schoolwork and never minded adding to her busy schedule by volunteering to teach their classmates arts and crafts. Today, the key to Margie’s success is clear—she’s respected because she’s a truly enthusiastic leader and never fears a new challenge. In fact, she’s more likely to seek them out.

Meet Margie's Key Team

Teamwork gets the job done......There is only so much business one Realtor can do and still provide the excellent service they strive to give. That is why the team work approach will always benefit the client. Margie is assisted by two associates.

Kim Baker is the Key Team's Marketing and Escrow Specialist. Kim is a
licensed Realtor who has been working with Margie for the last 13 years. Kim is married to Troy Baker and they have two children. As The Key Team's Marketing and Escrow Specialist Kim is in charge of implementing all marketing campaigns for our team and our listings. Kim is also in charge of taking each client through the detailed "contract to close" process. With her attention to detail and many years of experience Kim is a great asset to The Key Team and their clients.

Candy McGuire is the Key Team's Buyer Specialist. Candy is a licensed Realtor who has been working with Margie for the last 5 years. Candy is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is married to Landon. Candy and Landon have two small boys. As a buyer specialist Candy's job is to represent our buyers and assist them through the initial stages of searching for property and then onto contract negotiation. Candy's passion for first rate customer service is evident in everything she does.
